- Strong oral and written communication.
- Hands-on experience in email & chat process.
- Should have handled e-commerce related charge-back requests.
- Any experience with shopify and stripe payments will be add-on advantage.
- Handle all incoming calls including resolution of all errors, denials, and resubmissions.
- Contact merchants by phone and in writing regarding return mail, and proper documentation regarding chargeback.
- Researched and identified chargeback issues/rejections and collaborate with dealers as well as internal counterparts to resolve chargeback issues and eliminate future occurrences.
- Create credit memo or invoice requests due to re-submission of Chargeback claims.
- Process Chargeback claim discrepancies with our trading partners according to terms and conditions of the company.
- Handle all requests for return authorization for all brands.
- Respond to all incoming and outgoing good-faith collections cases to acquiring banks on behalf of the merchant.
- Research incoming and outgoing documentation to ensure it is in compliance with industry.
- Prepare reports for management on a weekly basis for review.
